All published content on this site is owned by the provider of guided exercise, sole proprietor Drago Lorger s.p., and Matjaž Fekonja s.p.. The content may only be used for non-commercial purposes, and without permission, it may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed in any other way.

The general terms and conditions are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and the Consumer Protection Against Unfair Business Practices Act (ZVPNPP).

The general terms and conditions of business define the rights and obligations of the provider of guided exercise and the customer and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the customers. The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of registration. The customer is specifically alerted to the general terms and conditions upon submission of the application and confirms awareness of them by submitting the application.

The provider undertakes to always provide the following information to the customer:

Essential features of Zumba in the hall and events

Accessibility of training sessions and events (accessible to the customer in a reasonable time)

Prices, which are clearly and unambiguously defined

Payment method and service redemption

Deadline for withdrawing from the service and withdrawal conditions

Explanation of the complaint procedure

Service Offer

The customer has two types of training available - Zumba in the hall or Virtual Zumba on demand

Locations and Schedule

Zumba in the hall is conducted live at the following locations:

Sunny Studio, Regentova cesta 37, 1000 Ljubljana; every Monday and Wednesday from 20:00 to 21:00

Primary School Sostro, Cesta II. grupe odredov 47, 1261 Ljubljana-Dobrunje; every Tuesday and Thursday from 19:30 to 20:30

Fit Fit Sports Center, Slamnikarska cesta 1a, 1230 Domžale, every Monday and Wednesday from 20:30 to 21:30

Maks Pečar Hall, Črnuška cesta 9, 1231 Ljubljana-Črnuče, every Friday from 19:00 to 20:00

The training sessions continue according to the schedule until further notice. There is at least one Zumba instructor present at each training session. In case of the instructor's absence, equivalent replacement is provided. In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure, the customer is promptly informed. They will find a mutual agreement on how to replace the missed training.

Registration

Registration for training can be done with an electronic registration form provided by the provider after the first training session. The customer fills in their personal data on the registration form, which the provider handles in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The customer also indicates on the registration form which Zumba card they wish to purchase. The options include a combined card, a monthly card, a half-monthly card, an additional visit, a single visit, and a children's card up to the age of 15.

Payment Method and Purchase Options

The provider enables the following types of payment:

Bank transfer

Cash

The provider issues an invoice in a durable medium, with itemized costs. The customer receives it in electronic form to their email. The invoice is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the customer in their email. Payment for the service ensures that the customer receives the exact content of the purchased training.

Types of Cards

Various card purchase options are available:

Monthly card;

Participation 2x a week or 8x a month at the chosen location

Half-monthly card;

Participation 1x a week or 4x a month at the chosen location

Combined card;

Unlimited visits to any location

Additional visit 1x a week at another location;

Additional visit 1x a week to an already chosen monthly or half-monthly card at another location

Single visit

Children's card up to 15 years old; Valid for children up to 15 years of age who join the training with a parent who also attends guided exercise. A 50% discount is applied to the children's card.

The cards are synchronized with the calendar month. The provider issues an invoice by the 5th of the month for the current month and sends it to the customer's email address provided on the registration form. However, customers can join at any time during the year. If this is in the middle of the current month, the customer is charged a proportional part of the card for the current month, and from the following month, the card is charged in full.

Prices are excluding VAT. VAT is not calculated based on the 1st paragraph of Article 94 of the Value Added Tax Act (the provider is not a VAT payer).

Interruption of Purchased Card

Once the customer fills out the registration form and makes the purchase of the selected card and additional visit, their attendance at training sessions is automatically counted in all subsequent months. The customer is responsible for how many times they attend per month. Missed training sessions cannot be replaced without a valid reason. Valid reasons include injuries, accidents, or prolonged absence due to health issues (with a medical certificate). In this case, the card is "frozen," and the missed training sessions can be replaced later.

If the customer wishes to discontinue attending training sessions in the hall, they must inform the provider in writing via email no later than the 3rd of the month for the current month; otherwise, they will automatically receive an invoice for the next month.

Termination of the monthly package is not possible, as the provider offers the customer an alternative option, as detailed in the following general terms and conditions (see "Refund").

Prices

The prices of all training sessions and events are published on the registration form. All prices are excluding VAT. Prices are valid at the time of purchase. Prices are valid for payment using the above-mentioned payment methods and under the above-mentioned conditions.

Complaints

The provider respects the applicable consumer protection laws. The provider is obliged to establish an effective system for handling complaints. In case of problems, the customer can contact the provider via email.

The procedure for submitting complaints is possible via email or in writing with a registered mail to the company's address. The provider undertakes to respond to the complaint within eight working days with a proposed further procedure.

The provider endeavors to make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.

Refund

As stated in the "Interruption of Purchased Card" section, the provider reserves the right not to refund the fee for the purchased card.

In the event of severe illness or injury, with a medical certificate, the provider considers temporarily freezing the monthly package or offers the option of using the purchased training sessions in the month when the customer is healthy. The customer is given an alternative option to transfer the purchased training sessions.

In the event of a request for a refund, the provider reserves the right to prevent the customer from making any further purchases from the provider's ownership.

Settlement of Obligations and Non-Payment

In the event of untimely settlement of obligations by the customer, the provider informs them that they will not receive access to training sessions or events or will not be able to attend training in the hall.

In the case of payment by transfer with a payment order form, the customer is obliged to check whether they have received an invoice to their email, in all folders in their email.

It is also the customer's duty to inform the provider of any errors on the invoice via email.

The customer's responsibility is to settle all their obligations for which they have registered.

The customer undertakes to provide the provider with their true, accurate, and up-to-date personal or contact information.

Personal Data Protection

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of customers. These will be used exclusively for sending informational material, new offers, events, invoices, conducting their own research, and other necessary communication.

The provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of customers of the online store. The provision of personal data to the provider is necessary in certain cases for the provider to fulfill its contractual obligations to the customer. The provider permanently protects the collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 94/07), the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 - ZIN-B, 54/14 - decision of the Constitutional Court, 81/15, and 40/17), and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Use of Personal Data

For the purpose of performing the services offered, the provider collects, manages, processes, and stores the following customer data:

First and last name

Residential address

Company name or legal entity name (if the customer is a legal entity)

Tax number of the legal entity (if the customer is a legal entity)

Email

Contact phone number

Country of residence

Other data voluntarily entered by the customer in the registration form

The provider collects personal data with the explicit consent or approval of individual customers.

Purpose of Use

Personal data obtained during registration are used exclusively for the purpose of executing the order, while the customer is also allowed to subscribe to electronic newsletters.

By giving consent to the storage, processing, and sharing of personal data through participation in competitions or subscribing to newsletters via email, the customer authorizes the provider - the company DRAGO LORGER s.p. and Matjaž Fekonja s.p., to process and store the provided personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. With the given consent, the customer authorizes the provider to process the collected personal data as the controller of the personal data database for the purposes of sampling, surveys, and statistical data processing, for determining the use of services, adapting offers and segmentation, market research, informing about offers, novelties, and benefits, sending newsletters via email, phone numbers, and other advertising materials, informing customers about the provider's services and related persons, and for other forms of use of the provided data, to which the customer explicitly consents. The collected data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Right to Information and Deletion

The customer has the right to information about their personal data held by the provider, as well as the right to delete this data. If the customer has questions regarding deletion, processing, or use of personal data, they can contact: info@zumbacrewslovenia.com or send a request to the provider by mail (by registered mail): Drago Lorger s.p., Parižlje 26, 3314 Braslovče, with the note Zumba. The customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter recipient list at any time by sending a message to info@zumbacrewslovenia.com.

In accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, the provider is obliged to protect the personal data of customers. Under no circumstances will the provider disclose personal or other data to a third party without the express permission of the customer or allow a third party to access the personal or other data of the customer, unless required by state authorities, if such obligation is determined by law, or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and realization of the legitimate interests of the company.
